This thermal cap is super easy to microwave and heats up in seconds for a cozy warmth you'll love. It is the perfect addition to your deep conditioning hair care routine. We've even included two extra disposable caps to support your hair care. Before use, wash hair and towel dry, then apply conditioner. Heat the cap in the microwave for 30 second intervals and no longer than 90 seconds. Cover with a disposable cap and then cover with the thermal cap. Do not leave it on for more than 15 minutes.
