Can I change my order?

Yes, you can if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

In addition, take into account a longer delivery time. For example in the following case: if you want a more expensive product, you have to pay extra and your changed order will only be sent when we have received your payment.

Can i cancel my order?

Hey, that's possible. Here are 2 possible scenarios:

1-Your order is still on hairx-nl
2-You have already received your order.

  1. Your order is still on CoolCurl.nl.

If you've already ordered, but your product hasn't shipped yet, you can easily cancel your order.

Note: Did you buy the product you want to cancel with a personal discount code? Then report this to from Customer Service. Your discount code will not be paid out, but you will simply receive a new personal discount code from us.

Is customer service closed? Send an e-mail (info@hairx-nl) or contact Customer Service when they are open again.

You may want to cancel an order in the evening, but Customer Service will be closed. Then it is possible that your order will still be shipped. In this case you can return the order free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service first.

  1. You have already received your order.

If you have already received your order and want to cancel it, this falls under the return process. Here you will find all information about returning your order.

How do I return my order?

We would like to ask you to fill in our return form. This way we can process your return quickly. However, you are not obliged to do so. I then attach the return form to the product and possibly a copy of your proof of purchase in a shipping box.
If you have thrown away the box in which the product came and the accompanying protective material, you will have to look for a replacement box and protective material yourself. Send the box with the return form, the copy of the proof of purchase and the product well packed to:

 

hairx-nl cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at CoolCurl.nl. So consider whether you want to send your shipment by registered and insured mail. Also make sure that you frank the shipment sufficiently, otherwise we cannot accept it.

The return shipment will be processed by us within 3-5 working days.
