Do I have a warranty on my products purchased at HairX.nl?
This per product group. At HairX.nl you basically have 2 product groups:
Coloring books or consumables (such as shampoo, wax, gel, etc.)
Tools (such as hairdressing scissors, straighteners, curling irons, etc.)
There is no manufacturer's warranty on coloring books and consumables.
Within Tools the following applies to warranty.
All electronic products come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. We want you to enjoy the products you have purchased from us for as long as possible. If your products do not meet the quality expectations due to a production error, you can contact us at
h. We will contact you within 3 working days. We follow the manufacturer's warranty conditions; these can be found in the warranty booklet supplied with the product. In the event of an error on the part of the buyer (for example, improper use), we may request compensation for repair or replacement.
Please note that there is a reciprocal fee of €16.95 (excluding US VAT) for standard survey fees. However, only if the repair is not covered by the warranty. In case of improper use, lack of maintenance or if it has had a blow/fall, the device is not covered by the warranty. In addition, there are wearing parts such as: the cutting blade, blade carrier and housing, etc., never under warranty!
